A new trainee started at Servette Rugby Geneva at #destinsmêlés to support us on new projects.
At the beginning of January, we had the pleasure to welcome Carl Michel, a student at INSEEC for a BBA (Bachelor in Business and Administration) in Lyon, who will be part of our team during 3 months ans who will be working on a new club project. Aware of the current difficulties students face when looking for a professional internship, the club wanted to offer this opportunity when it came up. Carl's arrival at the club was notably promoted through our major partner: Helvetia Environnement, which is concerned about supporting young people in their personal development.
Carl will be supporting Adrien Vigne-Donati and Anne Levenard in all communication and marketing matters during his internship. His main objective will be to develop, between expatriates and Geneva-natives, a gathering point around rugby within our club. One of Carl's first missions is to offer full access to information in English through the translation of our website. We are also planning to organize partnerships with host associations for expatriates.
"I have always been interested in what goes on behind the scenes in terms of the organization of sport clubs. Being able today to be at the center of this ambitious project with a great ascension is of great interest to me. Moreover, it appears that Servette Rugby Geneva is the club of the town where I was born! I would like to thank Servette Rugby, as well as Helvetia Environnement for giving me this opportunity at such a delicate period ..." underlines Carl.
We look forward to working with Carl and to future projects that will arise from it.
